It caused some splashes from our Eastern side because they shortlisted Typhoon & Rafale out of the MRCA competition during late 2000s.

By the way … Nice image from the upcoming joint Pakistan Air Force and Qatar Emiri Air Force exercise „Zilzal-II“ in Qatar.

Really good for the PAF to get this kind of DACT experience (with the Eurofighter but also hopefully the Rafale in a future exercise). It will really help refine the design for the next 35-65 J-10s the PAF will almost certainly procure in the coming years.

One could be forgiven based on the angle, tone and exposure of the photo that the Eurofigher too was from the PAF with the light grey base and dark grey band across the middle

Had the Trump military aid fiasco not happened and the PAF got more F-16s, then who knows, they may have very well ordered the Typhoon.

Hmm 2008....
No enhancement/upgrade in Typhoons in 15 years?

Also dogfights means non-BVR, right? Perhaps result in BVR scenario could be different?

Its camouflage is based on Pakistani terrain especially matching Punjab and Northern Sindh terrain
