the problem is The Mahan Air is an IRGC affiliated airline and their sale office ask people to use WhatsApp to contact them if there is any complaint.
WhatsApp is illegal and Filtered in Iran if you want to use it you must use a VPN .sale and buying any sort of VPN is also illegal in Iran.
