I would assume that they wouldn't be able to get all in the air with such short notice considering that not all pilots would be present and maybe some would be undergoing maintenance. Although I'm just guessing, I don't know their procedures.You assume the planes weren’t moved/already in the air at the time of the attack.
I would be surprised if Israel didn’t have all their F-35’s in the air loitering given how valuable the plane is.
Also, if they had flew all planes in the air, then what are the burnt/black marks in the satellite image?
Having said all of this, these specific planes that we currently see in the image don't seem like fighter jets. So won't be as expensive.
