I had few years back read an article in very reliable mainstream but local Indian news paper (this is the leading local news paper of Maharashtra, India), that there are hidden nuclear powers in this world who either have nukes ready or they are capable of building them on very short notice but they never declare it for their own reasons....

Egypt - (As per article Soviet nukes which they stationed in Egypt in cold war are still with Egypt and they are actually gifted to them permanently.... Only they are older designs and large in size so cannot be used in tactical nuclear warfare)

Argentina - easily capable of building nukes but not making it or if has made not testing

Brazil - Same as Argentina

South Africa - Built nukes tested in south IOR and dismantled the same...

Israel - Yes they have it in the form of Jerico missiles... perhaps as advanced as USA, UK nukes...

Myanmar - capable of building nukes (thanks to China) and few nukes facilities were even declared by America....

Iran - Already a test away nuclear power.... these are the words from that article....

Ukraine - the idiot already gave up....

Japan, Canada, Italy, Swidden are all capable but not making due to their policies...

Also Taiwan. Its a nuclear threshold state.

Surely not. But Iran is a vast country and a couple of nuclear weapons will not stop us from responding in kind.
