No, what you are saying is that only your voice should matter. And if a candidate doesnt land on every single point of yours, that person and anyone behind them are all wrong (second class citizens).
I am saying that the contract of democracy is: I give you my vote so you can represent my interests.
If Palestine issue is important to me, then I don't care how you vote on abortion, climate change, road construction or whatever, but I do care how you vote on anything involving Palestine.
If your vote does not align with my interests on Palestine, then you have violated the democracy contract and I have every right to give my vote to someone else.
