According to the constitution, the military, government/parliament and Judiciary is Independent from each other but today the establishment of constitutional breaks the constitution, this happened before aswell during Raheel Sharif time when military courts were set up, many parties and people who oppose constitutional court supported military courts. I am surprised how quiet international media and courts are, before Usa judges used to condemn Pakistan if they bullied the judiciary but today everyone is quiet.

the military isn't even a constitutional institution, it is a sub part of the Executive.

The military courts of Raheel Sharif were struck down by Justice Qazi Faiz Isa, but he was in a minority then.

But this is a frightening turn of events.

• 1971, Mr Mujib was denied victory
• 2022 Imran was denied his right to run for 5 years

Unfortunately for many of us , I think we are close to being fed up with the concept, a lie which has been presented in sugar coated wrapper since 1947

If by passing a rigged resolution after a rigged election means constitution , then I am afraid no one will honor it.

What ever game is going on in senate circus is not Pakistan

Yes, the 1973 Constitution of Pakistan called for the gradual separation of the judiciary from the executive within 14 years, but this wasn't truly implemented till 2010. The passage of the 26th Amendment now not only disregards Article 175(3) but also fundamentally distorts the constitutional framework and alters its basic structure. While the Supreme Court has every right to strike it down, such a move is only conceivable in a truly functioning democracy—something far removed from the military-ruled, banana-republic we find ourselves in. The quest for "haqeeqi azadi" is a long and arduous one, and it will take nothing short of a miracle to hold the country together before we finally achieve it.

The core reason for having Pakistan was Human Rights , respectful human rights as Muslims

We have our senators being kidnapped and coerced
Our prime minister is in Prison, and his whole family

Human Rights, this no longer exist in Pakistan

• Police is protecting their own salary
• Parliamentarian is worried about salary
• Judges want more extension and salary , dual identities and passport
• Mafia gangsters are mingled into police force
• Even as we speak I am sure salary gangs of police are beating children on streets of Punjab for School protect which is not being shown in Pakistan

There is not much for working class in Pakistan


It is fair to say , the Country has lost it's purpose



If eating Tikka Boti , Biryani plate , and dinner party was key purpose that can also be done overseas , in foreign land. Even you can play cricket in Foreign team they give you everything including human rights. You even get to vote , online , or in person , or ahead of election day , no one kidnaps you. No one threatens you if you vote different candidate


There is really no unique purpose behind Pakistan , without existence of Human Rights or Justice


What made Pakistan , was it's innocence, the innocence of people and simplicity , that was worth something you fight for and defend as citizen as you can build on those goals

a) Video tape of senators, harassment by authorities and beating
b) Beating of Member of parliament
c) Harassment of member of Parliament
d) Killing of political workers, many , and severe beat down
e) Kidnapping of families and children
f) Death if disabled people by police
g) People thrown out of bridges
j) Assassination attempt on Imran Khan
k) Rigged election of Pakistan , form 45 , and form 47 Saga
l) Attack on civilian's home in night by Vigos
m) Rape in schools by gaurds or elite (epstien network) who knows
n) Closing of food shelter for poor , and then buying expensive BMW
o) Purchase of voting
p) Incompetent Supreme court Qazi
q) Beating up of elderly women , elderly men , children by police
r) Kidnapping across provinces , relocation to unknown places
s) Locking up ex-Prime minister in room size of bathroom for 365 years? Why? He protected citizens during covid with positive policies


It's beyond , imaginable filth. What I have seen and what all Pakistani people have witnessed


This current state of affairs , is not what the vision was for Pakistan in 1943, when vision was first announced to create a safe society for Muslims of Subcontinent

NA session commences to pass 26th constitutional amendment bill after Senate approval​

After approval of all 22 clauses from the Senate, the National Assembly session was underway to pass the 26th Constitutional Amendment Bill.

The government requires 224 votes to pass and enact the bill into law.

Earlier on Sunday, 65 Senators voted in favour of the Bill, while four senators belonging to the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) abstained from voting. Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) 19, Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz’s (PML-N) 24, and Jamiat Ulema-e-Islam Fazl’s (JUI-F) 5 Senators voted in favour of the bill.

Four Senators from the Balochistan Awami Party (BAP), three each from Muttahida Qaumi Movement-Pakistan (MQM-P), and Awami National Party (ANP), two belonging to the Balochistan National Party (BNP), one from PML-Q and four independent Senators also favoured the bill.

The bill, also known as the Constitutional Package, was presented by Law Minister Azam Nazeer Tarar in the Upper House. The draft was approved by the federal cabinet earlier in the day.

The legislation proposes a set of constitutional amendments, including the extension of the chief justice’s term.

“I … wish to introduce a bill further to amend the Constitution of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, the Constitution 26th Amendment Bill, 2024,” the law minister said as he presented the bill.

“Is it opposed?” inquired Senate Chairman Yousaf Raza Gilani, to which he received no response.

The Law Minister stated that the 18th Amendment altered the process of appointing judges to the higher judiciary.

“However, the 19th Amendment disrupted the balance of the Constitution and was passed hastily,” he said.

Tarar alleged that the Judicial Commission, established under the 18th Amendment, was coerced into approving the 19th Amendment, and its inclination towards a particular institution reduced the authority of the parliamentary committee.

Speaking about rumours regarding the extension of the chief justice’s tenure in the Constitutional Package, Tarar clarified that Chief Justice Qazi Faez Isa was not interested in any extension.

“During the three meetings that I had with the top judge, he reiterated his disinterest in the extension of his tenure, saying that any amendments would come into effect after his retirement,” Tarar said.

Speaking in the Senate, PTI Senator Barrister Ali Zafar called the Constitution a “social contract” that binds the nation.

He warned that without consensus, the Constitution could lose its strength. Zafar stressed that amendments should reflect the people’s will.

He cited Article 58(2)(b), which allows the president to dissolve the government, and noted how both PML-N and PPP were once affected by this clause. Zafar criticized the rushed nature of the 26th Amendment, saying PTI was excluded from the process.

After meeting Imran Khan, Zafar raised concerns about “serious mistakes” in the bill and predicted confusion over the role of constitutional benches.

He further apprised the Senate Chairman about the PTI parliamentary committee’s decision that they would not vote on the constitutional amendment.

“We have taken signatures of all our members […] If any of our members vote, then do not count it,” the PTI Senator asked the Senate Chairman.

He further said that they were not part of “any process” and had not provided a “single clause”.

Before the Senate session, the law minister addressed a press briefing at Parliament House along with Information Minister Attaullah Tarar.

During the presser, he outlined that the government was going to review the seniority principle in the Supreme Court under the 26th Constitutional Amendment and that the Chief Justice of Pakistan (CJP) would be picked from the three senior-most judges.

The law minister stated that the draft includes a mechanism for the formation of constitutional benches in the provinces. He said the Judicial Commission of Pakistan will have the authority to establish these benches.

“In the past, the Judicial Commission, including five high courts and the Supreme Court, made the decision,” he said.

Tarar said the prime minister had transferred this right to Parliament. He noted that the committee will have an equal proportion of the opposition and the treasury. A 12-member committee will be formed, comprising eight MNAs and four senators.

“The government and the opposition will have proportional representation. This committee will give a name with a two-thirds majority to the PM. Then CJP will be appointed.”

“We believe there will be transparency in the appointment process. The CJP tenure has been fixed for three years. In today’s foreseeable future, Justice Mansoor Ali Shah has little more than three years. It has been fixed at three years or reaching retirement age. Whatever comes first.”

PTI decides to abstain from voting on 26th constitutional amendment

Earlier in the day, Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Chairman Barrister Gohar Ali Khan announced that his party would not vote for the constitutional amendment in the Parliament.

He announced this while addressing a press conference alongside Maulana Fazlur Rehman at the latter’s residence.

The PTI chairman said that his party members had been harassed and threatened, so the party would not be part of the process.

His remarks come after the federal cabinet approved a draft of the constitutional amendment bill.

Pakistan claims to be a democracy, where voters choose their representatives who then look after their interests in the parliament, legislate the laws, make policies etc, but in reality it is no different than Afghanistan which is a theocracy type of government where Taliban Supreme leader and elders make the highest level of decisions, Pakistan is exactly the same, we have the ruling elite, the establishment calling the shots but have their puppets in governance, anyone who doesnt obey gets thrown out like Mujib, Bhutto, Benazir, Nawaz and now IK. Pakistan should declare itself as a theocracy type of government and get this stupid waste of money election process out of the way, have one party system or create a Supreme decision making body to make big decisions and let the President, PM make local level decisions. Why play games with the youth, manipulate them etc, it's toxic and waste of time, and yes rip the constitution otherwise whatever is being done is treachery at the highest level.

Alhamdulilah we still have people who stand firm against the tide , I will stand behind Imran Khan and towards the right side of history

Pakistan has many brave souls who are still standing up against the tides and it is not right to leave front, people who are at retirement age , who have been fighting this Tyrant system for 2 years

Strange I experienced 1 hour ago, a small accident and the pain reminded me of the pain people must be feeling who are trying to attain freedom from the mafia, perhaps it was a sign to not give up
