India Blocks Turkey’s BRICS Bid Over Pakistan Ties

To soothe ones inner most fears, and inadequacies our neighbors "knee jerk reaction has been to blame Pakistan for all their ills, yet NOT ONE neighbor can stand them. They have issues with everyone, how sad.....

Now coming to the topic of "vassal state", if one were to look at its definition, it would state something along the lines, that a smaller state jumping into a fight with its neighbor to protect the interest of its white master living thousands of miles away.

Now a certain individual, a few posts back confessed:
"Bush's notes about India being an ally mean nothing more than the US realisation that the Indians would do what they said they would do"

That was a polite way of putting it, In reality what bush said was, they would do what the US told them to do, whereas the neighbor who was part of CENTO and held MFN, would just do what was in its best interest.

Hope you figured out, which one is a vassal state.
This is a collection of major mis-statements. Almost every situation has been stood on its head, and reversed.

Why should anyone bother to thread through this, one by one, and correct every error?

The fundamental point is that India will act in its own interest, and will disregard every effort to harangue them either into joining one camp or the other, or into a feeling of doubt and uncertainty at having struck out on their own.

As it stands, there is a uniform yearning on the side of Pakistanis to show that they are independent, after subservience to the US for years, and then slavery to the PRC. This is so clearly born out of envy of the independence of action of India that it is pointless to keep arguing, with the wrong facts, interpreted in the wrong way. Why should we? The facts are so brutally against that point of view, that we need only point to material evidence, dismissing all surmise and speculation without wasting time on it.

But they a target strategic partner state, described as a century defining one, why should anyone demure from saying this?
I acknowledge the 'target strategic partner state', but that is all. If you read the other members posting, a different picture comes out.

Now you are contradicting yourself.
When you quoted Bush, that Indians do what they are told, you are actually admitting your short comings.
Go with what was quoted, not with how you wish to interpret it, or any version of how you think I am stating it.

Our job is not to get involved in every conflict around the world, especially those that we can hardly influence. A lesson you should learn but I suspect you won't

It's like talking to Indian chatgpt.

No one assigned you a job

It's simply on record what India did and not do or say with respect to Gaza, that's all I am establishing

Your justification, which I didn't necessarily ask for, is so predictably monotone you really need to say it once

You have your own national interests and taking a position on Gaza did not align bla bla blah.... Ok we get it

Now, no matter how much you grab at straws, that boat has sailed.
BTW thank you for that inadvertent confession.
No straws, no boats, no confessions, just a series of desperate attempts to distort reality. Why do you persist? And what is it about Pakistanis that they fall prey to every conspiracy theory available? Including what happened on 9/11?

And where did you get this version of reality? This is not what was quoted, this is something you thought up on the fly.

Yes, but we know that's not a serious or empirically observable take

No matter how you hard you try, your personal wishes do not reflect the trajectory of subservience chosen by the Sanghis.

The world is quite aware of who the Uncle Sam wants as cannon fodder in the South China Sea.

We know you have a level head, so will ignore, your futile attempts at blind jingoism.

Living there and facing intolerable idiocies on a daily basis can take its toll. Your response is perfectly understandable. All I can offer you is my sympathies, and condolences.

Now I have to go, get my winter tires installed, you please continue beating a dead horse, and blaming Pakistan. The world really couldn't care less.....

@Hussain

You have come up with so many versions of what was said, what was actually said, what might have been said, what was said and probably was meant to be said that some clearing of the air is needed. These variations are merely efforts at winning a point that is not to won on the facts.

So here, once more, are the facts.

This is your compatriots post:

when President Bush left the office, his notes were made public years later, that were sent to President Barak Obama the next president. His notes specifically mentioned that India is an ally, Pakistan is not.
It is hardly possible to reverse the meaning, which is what you have been trying. That is really nothing beyond amusing in some slight way.

By bringing in 9/11 who is clutching at straws, deflecting, and derailing this thread?

Sad Joe, sad.......

Why should we conform to what you believe should or should not be done?
No one asked for an allegiance or conformity.

But it's an event of generational importance, regionally and globally.

I keep hearing India is too big to ignore, how useful India is globally from East to West, global North to global South

Yet we have a settler colonial project in full view, India is more or less mute, Indians are on the side of the settler's here, probably on balance they are

All I am saying is that's the account to date, why would that offend anyone in terms of a representation.

Sure Joe, Extremely surprising that your comprehension levels have taken a nose dive.
Maybe it's reality sinking in, that all is lost. Sanghis will ultimately destroy what took so long to build.
Btw, we Pakistanis, have very big hearts, you can move to Pakistan if you want, and no Sanghi will ever bother you.
