I see very few people on this board think like this. A militarily weaker side goes and kills over a thousand civilians of a militarily much stronger nation backed by almost the entire world and find the consequences are unappealing. Do most of posters on this thread think Israelis will just pack their bags and go somewhere else? Go drown in the sea? Utter irrationality to think they will be cowed down by a terrorist attack. I still don't understand what Al Queda / Bin Laden expected will happen after killing 3,000 people. I have no background in urban warfare. But even I would have predicted, because Hamas is waging a war using underground tunnel system, Israeli military will remove all the superstructures till ground visibility is restored. That is military 101 to prevent future attacks. That would mean hundreds of thousands of people losing shelter and hundred thousand casualties including women and children.

Yes, but the constant occupation done by the Israelis and their injustices against the Palestinian people are to be blamed for the October 7 2023 attacks.

There were some Sunni Islamic Scholars in Gaza who condemned the October 7th 2023 attacks in Israel. People can Google this.

The technologically advanced Israel smashed Gaza.

Jews got smashed in WW2 but are better off now than if there had not been a holocaust. This holocaust in Gaza might end up with similar results.

I hope there will be a Palestinian state where the Palestinians can live in justice and dignity side by side with the Jewish/Zionist state of Israel.

Two State Solution, United Nations Security Council needs to push this solution forward.

I believe two state solution is the answer to the Palestinian-Israeli conflict.

Where both the Palestinians and the Jews/Zionists can live in justice and dignity.

But Israel needs to stop illegal settlements in West Bank.

Israel is to be blamed for not accepting two state solution and accepting 1967 borders.

Then there was much hope in the 2000 Camp David agreement.
Unfortunately, Jerusalem became a sticking point. If they had reached an agreement, minus Jerusalem, may be by now, they might have been able to negotiate a more durable peace.

Evil always does what Israel did we have seen it throughout history, but don't worry the Israelis are paying the price. More people are fighting it and the whole world hates it. Hamas are a resistance organisation that was born out of the need to fight s brutal apartheid occupation
