So you are saying as Northern Chinese, you know everything about China??

Well, you don't know Cantonese and Traditional Chinese to begin with, or are you saying these people aren't Chinese and/or Chinese language?

Not everything, but every Chinese knows 华北,but not 中北, I mean every single Chinese who can read and write.

No one knows all the local dialects, which has hundreds in China, but most Chinese know Mandarin Chinese, Chinese official standard accent. You know all languages have dialects and different accents, do you?
