So why chinese are working on manned moon mission.?

Because same dynamic as U.S. Vs. USSR in 1961. Political propaganda. The value of lunar exploration today after nearly 60 years from the first landing are zero. When Kennedy proposed it in 1961, computers were size of school bus. Today, in a refrigerator sized box filled with Nvidia chips, you can pack more intellect - not computing power - of all humanity - yes, all 8 billion of us. For much less money, you get much more science with a Venus, Jupiter or Sun program. Or a space telescope, we can use lot more space telescopes. Just don't waste money on Moon, Mars or Mercury. They are just rocks and not much is there to explore.

oh you have under-estimated the political dimension. Landing with people lets you 'claim' resurces, robots do not let you do that. Why do you think both China and USA are accelerating their moon landing programs?

There's nothing 'plain' about manned space programs.

Only 3 countries have done it till now in 80 years. Becoming the 4th country is a massive achievement. India will legit be playing at the highest levels and
-Space station has been announced so this is a definite requirement for that
- Moon capable rocket has been announced, so this project will be a key milestone for final go / no go decision on that program.

Imagine being the first country to land a few intelligent robots on moon that do good quality original science (over an extended period) rather than a couple of humans who go, plant a flag, take a picture, make a phone call and bring home a bag of rocks and dirt. Which is a greater achievement? Having a pioneering colony of intelligent beings, albeit non-human or being 4th group of tourists on moon?

I don't know about China, but I am fairly confident Artemis program will stop after one or two launches. It is like the dog caught up with fire engine and doesn't know what to do. At 2+ Billion a pop, the 'resources' have to be more than 10 times as valuable as gold.

That could have happened if China and Russia had signed on to Artemis- then we would have had global agreement on how space resources should be shared. Then there would be no disputes and projects that only have merit would have got resources. Like you said, more focus could have been on robotics and select worldwide human space missions.

But unfortunatelt there is no consensus. Whether we like it or not there will be conflict and politics for the foreseeable future. Hopefully in 5 or 10 years we can iron out the issues and get a worldwide agreeement that will make things effcient and logical.

I think this confirms the end of the month launch date? Once assembled they can't keep it inside the complex for long. There is a MASSIVE explosive fuel store in there. Ideally assembly to launch shouldn'e be too long I think.

Isro began stacking the nozzle-end segment of the S200 solid rocket motor on Wednesday, officially launching the HLVM3-G1 campaign.

The S200 motors are undergoing assembly, while the L110 liquid stage and C32 cryogenic stage are ready for integration at the launch complex. Meanwhile, the Crew Module is being integrated at the Vikram Sarabhai Space Centre (VSSC), and the Service Module at the U.R. Rao Satellite Centre (URSC).

The Orbital Module’s final integration and testing will follow at URSC, Bengaluru.

I have tons of respect for India's space exploration program. At a fraction of the costs, they go ahead and do what the world's 3 space race nations do. I however must agree with @EugeneP. India must stop being a follower and start being a competitor in the true sense of the word. India is the world's IT hub. It can do more than just prove a point. It needs to start adding value which it can do. No offense to Indians but India must start taking the lead. If you take warplanes as an example. Pakistan buys a plane. India buys a better plane. China makes the best plane.
