Wha tis he talking about? Hamas remains functional with no indication of degradation. Hezbullah's military has retained most of its military capability. The Houthis were barely a player to begin with.

I believe you and other folks have drawn very different conclusions on what has happened in the middle east. In my and many analysts view, Israel has absolutely crushed everyone militaily and come out on top. But they have battered their image globally through targeting civilians.
