So many times I've read complains concerning Iran's perceived laxed security measures towards high-level individuals. Now that picture showing that security is taken seriously then all of a sudden it's bad because said individuals are not willing to seek martyrdom for themselves while promoting the culture. I swear you guys are killing me

The answer is simple...human life is sacred..no mater what side you are so if you recommend martyrdom then show you mean it ..Gen Sulaiman followed what he prached and he earned his respect even with opponents of the regime...these other clowns who never endanger their life have no right preaching martyrdom..howmany top level regime sons have gone to the battlefields of Gaza or Lebanon..none that I recall..We see the aghazadehs in discotheques all across Daubi and Istanbul..you get my drift..lolDamned if you do and damned if you don't! I do get your drift but please understand that martyrdom is a religious concept shared, or should be, by ALL Muslims and it is per se official rhetoric and almost statedogma in Iran. Now ask yourself how many is this life would actually practice it willingly besides the true and purest soldiers of faith? Not many like Hajj Sulaiman?! You're going to make me cry now! In the Islamic Republic there are many who profess faith but would not die for Iran, just as there are many who care nothing for faith but would die for Iran. Not making excuses for the hypocrites but It's the same everywhere. Iran being no exception. Life is indeed sacred and not to taken lightly but believe a life given in service of faith is the purest for of the sanctity of life. I pray I belong among those who have prayed and would welcome martyrdom but I do not know. As for those spoiled boys who are living off their father's names and sacrifices of those that fought and died, then that's on them. If you have children then you know there's nothing one can do but pray for them!
Point still valid. Even those not willing to seek martyrdom deserves protection. Hopefully they're capable technocrates.

Apparently an other mess of Rafsanjani was this. Imam Khomeini had one of the most simplistic lifestyle among religious figures of Iran. For comparison one is free to look at Imam Khamenei's lifestyle.
This building is more of an insult to our great leader and i have no doubt if he were alive as of today, he would have ordered to destroy the whole building. But today what's done is done and because of considerations, we are unable to remove those unnecessary shiny items from his tomb.
