The ground will shift in the struggle and henceforth the battlefield tactics must occasionally be reevaluated to align with the strategic desired outcome. What you deem as defeats are IMHO only temporary halts in progress. The enemy does not allow us free reign on the battlefield. One must see it things in proper perspective. Little more than 40 years ago Iran was invaded by foreign forces threatening to destroy it. Now it almost impossible to fathom such a scenario. Equating the temporary halt to uphold an offensive line in Syria, or even Lebanon
and Yemen
to failure to fail see how Iran has successfully moved the battlelines far away from its own borders to the borders of the enemy. Such an achievement cannot in any way or form be considered defeats.
Nothing has changed much.
Mr Assad was the weak link in the chain, and he's the only loss, if one can call it a loss.
Never once Assad listened to Iran to take action against Israel.
Hezb, Hamas, PFLP/ PIJ will all rebound in no time and will as usual be well supplied, besides, Iran will totally intervene in Syria again, if Trump misbehaves.

How accurate is that? In the interests of objectivity, the Israelis typically do not hide their dead as their deads are PR opportunity for the western audience. Regardless on how their surrogate proxies in the media behave, the Israelis are typically honest about their casualties.

Resistance claims are much higher than 3k. You see 10 IDF soldiers go in a bldg, and 2 or 3 come runnin out, rest got fukked inside.
Or a hezb drone slamming into a barracks carrying a 50 kg frag warhead. How many dozens of times that happened?
Or the thousands of super accurate hezb ATGM strikes on IDF bunkers or vehicles or idf squads caught out in the open......

We should have witnessed firsthand the sheer power of bunker busters that created massive craters and obliterated everything in Lebanon.
Reinforced concrete bunkers were literally blown away—not just penetrated, but annihilated.
Simulations based on the law of conservation of energy show that large bunker busters like the GBU-57 can easily penetrate more than 10 meters of military-grade UHPC concrete.
Do not trust the figures on Wikipedia.
If dozens of such bombs are concentrated on a single point, no structure could possibly withstand it.
Tunnels would experience large-scale collapses, making recovery extremely difficult.
Additionally, Iran's underground facilities are all built in shallow mountains, which is easily verifiable by checking the elevation on maps.
The claim that they are 500 meters underground is clearly not true.
It’s likely that the 500-meter figure refers to the distance from the entrance, not the depth.
To get a bit technical, the mountains in Iran are geologically older and have undergone significant erosion, resulting in relatively gentle slopes.
Unfortunately, they cannot find the steep, towering mountains ideal for excavating horizontal tunnels, as seen in places like China or the United States.
This is why even the Fordow nuclear facility is built at a relatively shallow depth of only a few dozen meters underground.
