Iran announces visa-free policy for Indian tourists

I really don't give a shit what you buy. You asked a question, i gave the answer.

Now whether or not Indians chose to travel to Iran is an open question, the more relevant question to you should be why aren't they opening up to Pakistanis who are obsessive about Islam and would go there in much larger numbers.
You gave unrelated and dishonest answer not rooted in reality.

Nope. My answer doesn't jive with what and how you see the world, that's about it.

You should now go and ask Indonesia, and Malaysia these questions too. They too seem to be preferring Indians to come and not Pakistanis.

Which assumptions? What anecdotal event has to do with modern mainstream anti muslim hindu sentiment and correlation why would such people go as tourists in muslim countries?

Indians have had a lot of exposure to Iranian culture and people. Every city has a well-known Irani business, industry, or café—often run by Parsis, who originally came from Iran. There’s also plenty of people-to-people contact, with a significant number of Iranians studying in India.

You might be surprised by how many Indians travel to places like Iran, Turkey etc for tourism. Indians actually have a positive view of Iranians as "good" Muslims.

And here’s something to think about—why do so many Muslim countries offer better visa access to 'kafir' Indians than to their supposed Muslim "brothers" from Pakistan? You want to paint this picture of some grand Muslim unity against India, but in reality, Pakistan often feels like the unwanted relative who only gets invited to weddings out of obligation.

Most of our "Imam bargah" imams are qualified in Iran

No screening and security clearance mechanism for them.

You're making some broad assumptions. The university in my city has a lot of Iranian students, and some have even married locals and settled here. A few of the lovely Iranian ladies hosted a paid Iranian dinner meet, and I got to meet several of them. They’re well-read, have a liberal mindset, and their lifestyle is very different from the typical conservative Middle Eastern image you might expect. They seem to really enjoy their time in India, and the upper middle class here seems to appreciate them too.

I've also met quite a few Indians who’ve traveled to Iran, and they all rave about the culture, hospitality, and food. So, this "hate the Muslim thing" might actually be more specific to Pakistanis, not Iranians.
.

You are better off visiting Iran and checking things yourself or watch the vlogs of Indians that have (in just the last year, and other places like Azerbaijan etc), as to reception and interaction and the words Iranians themselves use regd India....

...as compared to "perpetually online" losers/trolls that base everything and view entire world on what they purposely selectively see online.

These are not fair minded people, they are perpetually online for a reason.

The Turks for example will tell you quite a lot about the what/why of Ataturk haters and that larger psyche.

This thread is a great example of the difference between what Pakistanis think the world looks like and what it actually does.

Same can be said of any mob from any country (incl India) that are of the "perpetually online" variety....and you can see such threads and behaviour in this forum and larger twitterscape etc (and these induct to other mobs against them).

There are lot of delusional threads/discussions contingent on what they have curated and echo-chambered w.r.t online world...to add to their already existing bias that made them gravitate that way to begin with.

Indians as a society are very abusive towards Muslims and Islam online. There are atleast 100 million of them barking every day on social media. You would think their partners in the middle east would guide them towards a more mutually respectful atmosphere.
According to many, Western countries have killed millions of Muslims in recent wars. But most Middle East countries allow visa free entries for all these countries. Even more weird, lot of Muslims risk drowning in Mediterranean to get to these bad (for Muslims) countries.

The Indians and the Chinese are willing to buy their oil. So they will let the Indians do what they want, but up to a point, because China is a customer of their oil as well.

Pakistan for its part knows it is behold to the GCC, because the decades of not preparing to compete the way the Indians have had limited our leverage.
I can't believe you Pakistanis in this thread do not see any connection between the terrorism threat and activities affecting Iran that emanate from Pakistan and Iran not giving Pakistanis visa-free travel to Iran. Connect....the....dots.

PS.

I have no problem with India but it should first be for Pakistan then india..

God damn these reformist liberals..
Iran can't do this because western and GCC leader countries have hijacked Pakistan to use it as a terrorism base against Iran- when Pakistani govt and nation are truly Islamically independent, and a bit tad wealthier, Iran will give Pakistanis visa-free travel. Iran isn't biased against Pakistan, Pakistan is just NOT READY as a nation for what Iran can offer it.

Reach out to other "brothers" like Indonesia or Malaysia, while you are at it?

We have been having visa on arrival in ASEAN region. I remember, Thailand - Indonesia are Visa Free nations for Indian citizens, who may then enter Malaysia by roar for travel 🕳️

I believe your information might be incorrect here mate. If i recall correctly,

Pakistanis do not get visa on arrival in UAE regardless of whether they have a US visa.

I think we all know the answer to the 'why'. Nobody wants to say it out loud.

@Indos
@Persian Gulf

Further to above highlighted news in above post,
Similar in Iran, who is now Visa Free country for Indians and Russians,. Here, Do we have any Muslim country in world whose citizens get visa free entry in Iran? 🕳️

How are you going to deal with Indians trying to build a temple at Mashad or Qom now?? 🤔🤔

The Iranians are gonna live to regret this.. Iran is relatively peaceful country and a bunch of Indians arriving for free good luck with that. India is extremely poor country hence Iran will become a golden ticket out
