Iranian Nuclear Doctrine

a threat that won't follow is weakness.
his message project the futility of any attack against iran
Answering to threats! And yes! I agree with you that when an answer to a threat is given then it should be followed through! Though non of us understands the complexities and responsibilities involved in being responsible for almost a million souls. The initial emotional felling of lashing against the enemy out has to be tempered by reality and responsibility. I for one believe that Iran is doing a wonderful job so far of protecting the homeland and incrementally weakening the enemy. The situation is not comparable to 1979.

his message projects weakness and signals Iran has no ability or will to respond to such an attack and the only response will be to play cat and mouse game of Iran rebuilding vs Israel destroying

if you say this is the only response he can give without lying then the military doctrine and budget has serious flaws

Not producing and testing Nukes is betrayal.
Nukes are useless if Iran can't reach USA mainland soil.

If Iran blow up whole Israel and Middle East American bases.... USA [AmericanJewish] ruling elite wont give a FCK about it, even they will celebrate it, less expenses.

Iran has been working with North Korea on RD-250 engines since at least 2015-16 and in the last days Iran showed a model RD-250 in a military display to Khamenei

in the past years Iran has conducted static tests of ICBM class engines at engine testing stands (detected by satellite imagery) - possibly Iranian copy of RD-250

with RD-250 engine Iran can already build virtually any ICBM that North Korea has

so the biggest obstacle was always nuclear, not missile

Why Trump says that Iran should not acquire ICBMs (one of the two "red lines" with nuclear weapons) when Iran tested ICBMs multiple times in the past and now?

Unlikely to reach USA soil from Iran, no matter what rocket, engine or anything.

USA has oceans plenty of AEGIS warships able to shoot down enemy ICBMs.

ICBM trajectory is ballistic and deterministic, Russia fears USA can stop it, that's the reason because Russia developed Avangard program

Only possibility for Iran is nuclear armed satellites or underwater drones / submarines sailing near to USA soil.

But satellites payload is little for a big nuke (at least capable of a decent continental EMP to do enough deterrence).

And USA has oceans plenty of SOSUS network too to detect enemy submarines.

Threats to Israel and ME military bases are worthless for USA ruling elite, in fact, I bet it's exactly what they want right now.

with enough numbers chances increase

chance of just one getting through is sufficient for deterrence

seems my estimate of 230-250kg of 60% HEU was accurate:

--

IAEA Director-General Rafael Grossi said on the sidelines of the Munich Security Conference that Tehran is increasing its monthly production of 60 percent enriched uranium by almost sevenfold.

"Iran will have about 250 kilograms of uranium enriched to 60 percent by the time the IAEA’s next report is presented in the coming weeks," Grossi said on February 14 in an interview with Reuters on the sidelines of the conference.

Judging Biden administration behavior towards Russia, I'd say that success ratio stopping ICBM is 100%, even without possibility of human error, due to automated system.

Besides keep in mind, all those ICBM shields works with kinetic impact.

But imagine a single USA nuke detonated in the middle path, as last resort, it would destroy enemy ICBM and anything in miles around. In fact, those were the first ideas of anti ICBM shields in the 20th century.

If USA left the idea of a shield with nukes, it's because kinetic impact is enough.

We're talking about USA, not about Israeli beggars.

Wow.

Very cool.

Looks like Iran is just so slightly starting to lift the curtain on some of its arms developments.

But hey, who am I to complain 😁

Honestly just go nuclear reports say it might take a few months to weaponize a working bomb but Iran has shown in the past people don’t always have the right information breakout time probably a lot faster than a few month than let everyone follow than disarm for the sake of nuclear free Middle East never want to see a nuclear weapon ever used but people tend to come to realization that once they do no one wins
