The end result is Ukraine losing around 25% of its territory (up to around 33.33% if all the 5 regions annexed/claimed by Russia will be a part of a peace deal), most of its coastline, strategic Crimea and most of their resource-rich lands.

As well as a gigantic demographic defeat (losing 8-10 million people) that will be almost impossible to bounce back from.

Russia on the other hand will be/is better off than Ukraine on the long run.

Only in 5-10 years time will it be known whether the Russian invasion was worth it from a Russian standpoint.

Anyway after the Ukraine question is settled (no NATO membership), my prediction is that Russia/Putin will annex Belarus completely next once Lukashenko dies. And given how pro-Russia Belarus is, to the extend that vast majority of locals don't even speak anything else than Russian, this will probably be another Crimea repeat.

Moldova is probably out of the question here due to geography, local antipathy. Could have been different had Russia had greater success in Ukraine. As of today and for the foreseeable future it is very unlikely.

Another future "expansion project" could be Northern Kazakhstan which is inhabited by millions of ethnic Russians. In this regard this might piss off the Chinese so I consider it unlikely as well but it would be my third step after Belarus if I was ruling Russia and wanted to expand at all costs.

that’s fantasy.

the russians took 152,000 square kilometres in total including Crinea when launching blitzkrieg.
now 3 years and 900,000 casualties later Putin’s invasion army took 113,000 square kilometres.

it’s less, not more.

by this pace of conquest Putin will be 100 years old if he can live that long.

Focus on Ukraine as we know it disappearing from the map permanently and the likely irreversible demographic collapse of Ukraine.

As of now Russia has conquered and controls 21% of Ukrainian territory with the Ukrainians losing land on a monthly basis.

Now after Trump began selling Ukraine out and admitting defeat to Russia, the 5 regions that Russia has officially incorporated/considers Russian territory might be a part of the peace deal. If that happens Ukraine will lose all of its land that contains the most resources as well as industrial base. Not to mention almost all the coastline that they have lost.

Now what remains of Ukraine that is worth it is/will be bought up by foreign investment companies (BlackRock etc.).

Trump is even publicly humiliating Zelenskyy and Ukraine and using mafia methods to gain favourable access to Ukrainian rare earth minerals.

A clown show and Europe/EU as usual is worthless and paralyzed. After 3 years of speeches Ukraine is in a worse position than in February 2023.

Russia can easily incorporate (politically) and militarily Belarus as well given the reasons that I already stated. In fact I would be very surprised if that does not occur in the next 10 years. Certainly after Lukashenko dies/is removed, the subsequent power vacuum will be used to annex Belarus.

Just like I don't see Georgia getting out of the Russian sphere anytime soon.

BTW before you accuse me of being pro-Russia that is not remotely the case. I have no horse in this conflict.

Ukraine ceased being a sovereign state when they became entirely reliant on outside aid. If they lose that aid, they are no longer even a dependency but a stateless land.

ex Polish T-72 built in the 1970s don't seem very survivable

I weep for my country now.

I love this guy, he is a great forist, their analyzes are all based on media narratives.

Let's go :

The USA is a dictatorship like any other country. There is no direct election for the president; the vote is indirect, and the president is elected by delegates of the federation. Behind this political scheme are Freemasonry, the Jewish Zionist lobby, corporations, and so on.

During his first term (2017-2021), Donald Trump's policy toward Ukraine was marked by an approach that combined military and diplomatic support :

**Military Support:**
- The Trump administration provided significant military assistance to Ukraine, including the sale of weapons such as Javelin anti-tank systems. This support was seen as a way to help Ukraine defend itself against Russian aggression, especially following Russia's annexation of Crimea in 2014 and the conflict in eastern Ukraine.

**Impeachment Scandal:**
- In 2019, Trump became the subject of an impeachment process in the House of Representatives after being accused of pressuring Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky to investigate Joe Biden and his son, Hunter Biden, in exchange for the release of military aid already approved by Congress. The case centered on a phone call between Trump and Zelensky, in which Trump asked for a "favor" related to the investigations. The Republican-controlled Senate acquitted Trump in February 2020.

**Diplomatic Stance:**
- The Trump administration supported Ukraine's sovereignty and criticized Russian aggression, but Trump's approach was often seen as ambiguous, particularly due to his attempts to build closer ties with Putin.

Trump was who started to give weapons to Ukraine. So, how is he on Russia's side? That's what the media wants you to think. Trump is just another puppet of the system, and the war continued by Biden was not won by NATO; Russia resisted. So, Trump returns to do in Ukraine/Russia what he did in Syria (from 2017 to 2020), which is to FREEZE THE WAR, and in the future, the war is resumed by Biden, and Assad fell. Trump freezes the Ukraine/Russia war NOW, and when Michelle Obama enters, the war is reopened. Russia, weakened and with an older Putin, becomes a much easier target for NATO. This is the plan and we will see it in the next years.

The U.S. voted against a resolution condemning Russia as the aggressor in the war in Ukraine that passed the United Nations General Assembly on Monday, marking three years since Russia’s launched its full-scale invasion of the country.

Among the 17 countries that joined the U.S. in opposition to the non-binding measure were Russia, Belarus, North Korea, Israel and Hungary, whose Prime Minister Viktor Orban is a close ally to President Trump. China abstained along with 64 other countries.

Man, what a time we live in. China abstained while the US voted against a resolution condemning Russia. This would be unthinkable just a few months ago.
