Ragip Soylu is reporting that the Ocalan call for the PKK to Disarm is coming this week allegedly.

They will probably think he is forced to say all that. Let's face it,when a leader is captured he is effectively no longer the leader.

This dude has been having conversations with the rest of the PKK Senior leadership via courier.

The PKK that went to talk to him were HDP politicians they acted as the proxy. They went to the prison to talk to him, then flew to Erbil and Sulamaniyyah in Iraq(KRG) where they allegedly met with senior PKK people who came from Qandil they had discussions, then the stuff was related back to Ocalan, and this back and forth has been going on for months. No one is forcing this dude with a gun to his head.

Its like If Binladen had a courier visit him in prison, then fly to afghanistan and need Zawahiri who came from Tora Bora talked to him and they flew back and forth for these meetings, replaying messages.
