The Prophet (PBUH) traced his lineage to the Jurhum tribe from Yemen, who offered shelter to Hajar, the mother of Ismail. I believe Ismail eventually married into the Jurhum tribe.
No, Prophet Muhammad (saws) was a Hejazi Arab. On both his paternal and maternal side. As well as an Adnani Arab. No relation to Yemen.
Besides Prophet Muhammad (saws) blessed Hejaz more than any other region. As he did with all of Arabia and Yemen is merely just 1 of many regions of Arabia.
That has been my position halfway through this conflict, especially after witnessing the ineptness of the Muslim world's reaction. I see no point in the Palestinians wasting their lives while the regional Arab countries are simply using them as cannon fodder to prevent the conflict from reaching their borders. They use this conflict to stay relevant in the public eye; while they think people can be fooled, they are just fooling themselves. The Sultan of Turkey similarly uses Islam as a guise for political motives.
My final point will withstand the test of time: The regional Arabs are simply afraid of losing their positions.
Without Arabs there would be no Palestinians and Palestine since 1948. No, Arabs are not going to commit collective suicide by declaring an all-out war with Israel, USA and NATO while all the other Muslims are sitting back and doing nothing. Such an all-out war would need a collective Muslim action. Is Pakistan ready and willing? Is Turkey ready and willing? Is Indonesia ready and willing? Is Iran ready and willing? We all know the answers.
If you are a Muslim, the liberation of Palestine and Al-Quds is not about ethnicity or sect. If you think it is just an Arab matter you are not a Muslim and since you are neither an Arab you should have the decency not to care and not meddle if the only thing you can do from the US (the country that enables the Zionists to do what they are doing without consequences) is what you and your friends are doing here, which is to obsess about 550 million Arabs and 20 + Arab nations. You guys are really better off CHEERING for the Zionists in my opinion. At least by openly doing that and admitting to actually doing you can continue the constant insults aimed at Arabs. I think that you would feel better.
As if God is going to answer their prayers. Before the Battle of Badr, the Prophet prayed for victory, but the key point is that he made his move, took up arms against the odds, and then left it to God.
You all pray, and pray more, and condemn and ask those who provide weapons to Israel to stop it (the irony); words without actions are meaningless.
I remember a video from several months into the conflict where a Palestinian said, "We don't need your prayers; we need weapons."
Are you now going to deny the importance of prayers? Not sure if serious or if a Muslim?
And how is KSA going to send weapons magically when KSA does not border Palestine/Israel directly and when the only Arab territory that borders Gaza directly (Egypt) have been actively closing smuggling routes to Gaza because of their fear for the MB and also because of militancy/terrorism (ISIS) in Sinai?
And what kind of weapons that ANYBODY within the Muslim world could send, how would that even remotely change the battlefield and strength comparisons when Israel has the constant and full backing of the US/NATO/combined West?
If the Zionists are even remotely in fear of being militarily defeated the US/NATO/West would jump right in to save them. Even the Russians, I would suspect due to the heavy Jewish influence in Russia. Half of the European Zionists in Israel are Russians.
There is no military solution currently, how many times must this simple and logical fact be stated? The solution can only be a political one, UNLESS the Zionists are somehow removed from power in the US and West. Which again is not something that Arabs in the Arab world can do or Muslims sitting in Indonesia. Fairly logical as well.
