USA Deportations news

They're snatching green cards regularly from Indians or anybody by forcing them to sign form 407, if you've been out of the country longer than 180 days. They're tightening it up and will make it much harder soon:

Being out of the country for 180 days automatically invalidates green card. Nothing new here. I don't think this was ever not enforced. This is non-news. I remember people applying for a reentry permit before leaving if they expected to be away for long - like medical, legal or academic reasons - and getting prior authorization from INS.

Honduran National Sentenced to 46 Months Imprisonment for Re-Entry of a Removed Alien

Two illegal aliens imprisoned for unlawfully reentering the U.S.

McALLEN, Texas – Two Mexican nationals with felony criminal histories have been sentenced in two separate cases for illegally entering the county without authorization, announced U.S. Attorney Nicholas J. Ganjei.
Jose Eduardo Soto-Hernandez, 29, and Salvador Eduardo Gonzalez-Ledezma, 25, pleaded guilty Dec. 17 and 18, 2024, respectively.
Chief U.S. District Judge Randy Crane has now imposed a 46-month term of imprisonment for Gonzalez-Ledezma, while Soto-Hernandez received 27 months. Not U.S. citizens, both are expected to face removal proceedings following their imprisonment.
Soto-Hernandez has prior felony convictions for sexual assault of a child and possession of a controlled substance. He has been removed from the United States two previous times, most recently in 2019.
Gonzalez-Ledezma also has prior felony convictions for assault family violence impeding breath and harboring aliens. Authorities removed him most recently in 2022, but he has a total of four prior removals.
Both will remain in custody pending transfer to a U.S. Bureau of Prisons facility to be determined in the near future.
Border Patrol conducted the investigations. Assistant U.S. Attorney Amanda McColgan prosecuted the cases.

Aussies blocked mass immigration a decade ago. No more 457’s, it’s very hard now to move down unda. They’ve long had a block on family migration too via sponsorship or other shenanigans.

There are about 5 million parents of colored migrants who are green card holders and they travel to their former countries of origin frequently for extended periods.

They don't work, nor pay any taxes, don't participate in US society nor contribute to the bottom line.

They gotta go, just like those 2.5 million federal workers who got fired last month.

Eelond Musk says he's got AI doing their jobs already. Theys ain't needed no more.

They's gotta go!

He goin save what $145 billion by doing it?

If 2.5 million Federal employees got laid off last month there would probably be fiery street riots by upset Democrats.

Jobs bro.......being an engineer generally puts you in the worst imaginable places. Chicago/ midwest is a manufacturing/ design hub.
I'm an engineer. I didn't need to live in those god-foresaken places. Spent a lot of time in each while projects were underway. But didn't have to live there.

What branch of engineering?
