1. Throwing stones at Security Forces/Law Enforcement.
2. Just a bystander.

More importantly, where exactly were the Parents of this kid? Did they take a minor to one of these rallies instead of sending him to School...?

These are some questions that need to be answered & if Security Forces have shot an innocent child..., unless it was accidental - that person should be charged.
