It is not non sense, you think like i suggested that they do that overnight, that is real non sense and stupid thing to suggest.
What day need to do is to find foreign partner to open some clinics locally, turks for example are the best in the world for medical tourism and train their local stuff gradually, hardware is available in China. Whole project would cost same or less then the cost of money they spent annually abroad. If they do it smartly they can even reverse flow of health tourism and provide superior service then indians.
Now think twice with what kind of stupid remark you will reply.

I would also suggest you to meet families of desperate patients and reveal your master plan to them and ask to keep patient waiting till your masterplan takes a real shape.....

And Jammu and Kashmir state has higher GDP per capita than Pakistan

If India really had that ability, it would not have been ruled by the British for 200 years.

China has ruled Tibet for more than 300 years. The Indian nation was born only more than 70 years ago. Many places did not belong to India in history. There are more than a dozen separatist armed guerrillas active in India. Every year there are news reports of Indian soldiers being killed. The Indian government forces are more like an occupying force in some parts of India. Indians should reflect on themselves first.

Sad to see this, hopefully the numbers of medical visas being issued can revert to the level prior to the removal of Hasina, obviously contingent on Bangladesh and India having good relations with each other which is an absolute must for us Bangladeshis in our national project to combat poverty. I think some of the more extreme anti-India rhetoric from some young people and others has subsided in the past few months so hopefully New Delhi and Dhaka can have better relations.

I am personally all for the increase of medical visas issued, not only to Bangladesh but also to Pakistan; these should not at any time reflect the standing of these respective countries in the eyes of the Indian External Affairs Ministry.

We can only hope that the situation will progressively improve, IF the bad behaviour and barbaric language of the young people in Bangladesh, who believe that they have achieved a great victory but extend their triumphalism to a friendly neighbouring country, is abated.
