Nah even a "10% downgrade" NGAD is better than anything available for purchase. I honestly don't believe him. I don't think the US will sell. Maybe the Zionist Lobby can try to bribe/extort congress to get it, like they tried getting the F-22, but other than that, I don't think NGAD is likely to be exported.
