The numbers on the Qaher drones indicate its size and manufacturing number:

First 25 % version of Qaher

First 60 % version of Qaher

Also, the third drone is a little different from the previous ones
Further to the above, pse check out:-

Particularly ... According to reports, the Jas-313 drones come in two sizes, designated 60-SN and 25-SN, measuring 60 percent and 25 percent of the original Qaher-313... .

So the 100% version should be designated 100-SN.

Russia is experimenting and tailoring use of Shahed-136 drones in Ukraine in very interesting ways. Iran should cooperate with Russia to see if it can apply any of Russia's learnings

Could just be a prototype model?

15 years stuck in prototype mode?

Meanwhile Iran can make speed boats as fast as anyone in the world and even introduce VLS air defense speed boats and military grade catamarans, but can’t build even working full scale jet drone prototype in nearly 2 decades?

Come on now. It’s clear the project lacks serious engineers and funding.

Just look at Simorgh (Iran-140 supply plane) and Yasin (Iranian trainer) and Kowsar (Iranian F-5) as indications of projects that stay eternally in development.

this is the hubris that explains a lot of the last few years
I don't believe this is hubris. @muhammed45 has a valid point here. If I remember correctly somewhere around half of Russia's all long range strike ability is accounted for by the variants of Geran/Shahid drones. This is a clear application of Iranian tactics learned and applied by Russia. Iranian dronewarfare and drones have arguable been the single most defining weapon of Russia's conflict with the combined zionist West. I dare say that no other weapons system has had greater impact. Non the Western so called (Wunderwaffe) had any meaningful impact.
All this is obviously not hindering Iran from learning from Russia's hard-earned experience in Ukraine, which it may need to apply one day.

sigh

Russians are trialling new techniques with shaheds in use in war time against large enemy

they send some to one location to hover in circles until more can join them before they all go and attack together

this kind of stuff is something that iran can learn from Russia's real world usage

we don't have to be so sensitive and insist only Russia can learn from Iran just because they bought Iranian drones

I agree with you. I think you failed to read my previous post properly.
I remember when, in the beginning of Russia's use of the Geran/Shahid drones, Russia used singular drones during daytime operations, the Iranian advised the Russians to use them in swarms instead and during nighttime. People tend to forget that Russia is a relative newcomer to drone warfare and tactics. I remember the days when the Russian didn't believe the concept of drones and were way behind almost all major powers.
Mine wasn't an emotional response. Just stated that Iran taught Russia the concepts of mass drone warfare and is now learning from Russia's hard learned experiences.
Please reread my previous post.
I'll try and find the news articles describing this.

Technically speaking, world still has no answer to the "Shahed Problem". Its turning out to be one of the wonder weapons of the this decade.

Not hubris. Factual statement made by @muhammed45

"In recent years, Iran has experimented with real-world use of explosive-tipped drones in numerous environments. First, Iran supplied drones to Lebanese Hezbollah and, since at least 2021, has set up licensed production facilities in both Lebanon and Syria. The Houthi rebels in Yemen also received a similar package beginning in 2015, including local production facilities and a variant of the Shahed known as the Waid. Indeed, the Yemen war provided Iran with its first and best Spanish Civil War-type testbed for military technologies and tactics. It took multiple technical reports on Iranian drones by the U.N. Panel of Experts and arms control consultancies to convince skeptical critics that Iran was supplying drones and ballistic missiles to the Houthis, by which time the number of rocket and drone attacks on Saudi Arabia had risen to as many as 70 per month by 2021. Since 2015, Iran has undertaken a slow and steady experimentation process in Yemen, yielding particularly useful lessons about how to overcome foreign-supplied defensive apparatus, such as the U.S. Patriot and Russian Pantsyr systems."

I think what Ukraine and Israel tell us is these drones work well when fired off at short range not much time to prepare if any time at all, when these drones are fired off in swarms at long range and you have several hours to prepare useless unless you keep sending swarm after swarm in several waves fighters can’t stay in the air indefinitely and anti air defenses will have to start picking and choosing which ones to take out.

yemenies should fill some of their drones with smoke bombs , chaf and filler against usa navy

The Uki's got just as good air defenses as the IDF and just as good radar coverage and totally flat terrain 'to see em coming'. Yet they don't see em coming, small RCS/ largely radio transparent due to composite material........and the Russians launching em from hundreds of miles away.

TP-1 was a huge success and I believe most of these drones made it to their targets in the thick of the night with a percentage downed (shown as propaganda on CNN/ BBC) but not the majority which broke thru!

Evidently, looking at the Uki war, its very hard to intercept slow moving drones at night, weaving their way in at tree top height.

And if they're working sweet ass in Ukraine then why not over Isra-hell?
