They are picking on Waqf because Hindus don't have their Sanatan equivalent of Waqf.

But that's not the Muslims' fault.

Hindus don't do Zakat.. in their religion they believe lower castes DESERVE their current condition for their deeds in previous life. In such a toxic dehumanizing culture of course you won't have Waqf.

What needs gradual dismantling is not Muslim Waqf but the Hindu caste system.

Pakistan's Waqf properties are governed by both federal and provincial laws, including the Punjab and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Waqf Properties Ordinances (1979) and the Islamabad Capital Territory and Sindh Waqf Properties Acts (2020).

A legislation on similar lines has been enacted in India too.

Can someone summarize in 5 sentence the whole property law

If person x , regardless of religion , Donates his /her property after dying , for charity and good of people. Then based on his last wish it makes sense for that Property to be controlled by Trust Owners who ensure the property is being used for benefit of general people


Can't change a donated property into Commercial Property unless the purpose is collect money for charity

Why would the Government want a Piece of pie? Sound fishy

However I am not quite familiar with Indian law on property matter

To Argue , Muslims have donated too much property to Charity and good of people , so that Government has to do something to get back property it is quite , a strange decision


Sometimes , you are bored , and you go to Cow and say , Cow , please come toward me and hit my buttocks , it seems that what is going on in India. Creating a Issue out of a None issue

You are right, Indians and Indian govt. don't really understand Indian issues.

Chinese and pakistanis are the only ones that do.

Which is why Indian parliament is fake, PDF is the real thing with "real" issues.
