Realistically If Israel hits Iran with or without US, what will Iran do to Israel in return ? because remember IDF/US will target civilians with impunity, and so far Iran BM attacks were limited to military sites, Israel people is not facing the same heat other countries such as Lebanon or Gaza is feeling, and that is why Govt and their right wing military can continue the hostilities, unless big cities are targeted in Israel there won't be any pause from Israel, so again what does Iran plan to do if IDF hits ?

Irans attacks on Israel failed miserably. What did get through caused minimal damage at best.

The US likely has 6-12 Patriot batteries in the region, 2 THAAD batteries, and 1,000+ USN VLS cells.

A single PAC-3 battery has shot down hundreds of Russian missiles in Kyiv since 2023, and the US is bringing FAR more capability to the Middle East region.

The US already had a THAAD battery in Saudi Arabia. We do not know if this battery was deployed to Israel or if it came from another theater, which could in reality be three THAAD batteries, which would increase the ABM defense of the region.

In addition, the US has already deployed the following Patriot components and other systems to the region:
Jordan: 2x M902/M903 Patriot PAC-3/PAC-3 MSE batteries
Kuwait: 2x M902/M903 Patriot PAC-3/PAC-3 MSE batteries
Qatar: 2x M902/M903 Patriot PAC-3/PAC-3 MSE batteries and 1x AN/TPY-2 X-band radar
United Arab Emirates: 2x M902/M903 Patriot PAC-3/PAC-3 MSE batteries
Saudi Arabia: 1x M902/M903 Patriot PAC-3/PAC-3 MSE battery

The deployment of a Patriot battalion from INDOPACOM to CENTCOM nearly doubles air defense capabilities in the region.
