I over-maintain my vehicles. Keeping them 10-12 years or beyond is normal for me. Have a 1999 Toyota Tacoma with just under 310K-miles. Still looks and runs great.

The economy in the border cities of the United States in the Washington state region is mainly dependent on visiting Canadian tourists, and now it is on the decline, as Canadian citizens boycotted such trips due to the introduction of duties by the American leader Donald Trump. We got same problem here in U.K. TOO many poor payed working class people flooding into these stealerships and financing their lives into oblivion. The sales people know that, and there no shortage of these stupid people either.

The same corporations that profited from offshoring American jobs should have paid the difference. Instead they kept the windfall and got filthy rich. Today if Americans cry of no jobs or less pay or lower quality of life, unpaid or underpaid social safety nets, pensions and obsolete or dilapidated infrastructure... at least put the blame where it is due...
Instead administration after administration gave them tax breaks and put the costs on the lowest common denominator, i.e. the everyday American.
Instead, now the orange comes out and says no the rest of the world must pay for our follies, lifestyle and tax cuts
