Yes, I firmly believe that the attack was sanctioned by Pakistan's establishment.
You can't carry out ANY attack in J&K without external support. No weapons, no training, nothing, zilch.

So to do an attack in IOK one needs support from Pakistani establishment or else these attacks are not possible

But dozens of attack in Balochistan are possible without support of Indian establishment even though Indian officials have openly admitted their support for BLA terrorists and BLA representatives are getting airtime on mainstream Indian TV channels

Right now, China has no infrastructure that allows it to control the flow of water into India, ie no damns that are India specific.

This is not a question of ability, it is a question of attitude.
China will never use such despicable means to threaten/control other countries. Water resources are basic livelihood supplies and cannot be used for war/competition.

Personally i detest the man for the events relating to Feb 2002. My friend Mohammad Aswat went to India for a holiday and was murdered. Dragged out of his car in daylight and had his head chopped off by people that Modi encouraged - then hid from justice. I cant forgive or forget.
