My friend was the OIC of southern command during Feb 2019 skirmish. He said it could rain Indian jets if we were given permission to shoot.
Quite a few Indian jets were on hard lockon.

Pakistan will have to respond otherwise it will become the new normal that banyas will fire missiles at Pakistan - whether their planes cross into our airspace or not is not the point here. They fired into Pakistan proper, and that should be a red flag, now and ever.

None of the foreign embassies staff are leaving which is a strong indication that there will be no big war, the powers-that-be wouldn't approve of that, which is a good thing - for Pakistani response.

I also hope there will be actual evidence posted of any jets shot down and not mere 'Dude, trust me' from the ISPR.
