J-10s are the lowest-tier fighters in the PLAAF. J-15s, J-16s, which have enormously more powerful radars and sensors will be an even bigger of a nightmare for Indians. Non-the-less, the J-10s and JF-17s performed exceptionally against a much larger force. So did its datalink system, and synergy with the rest of Pakistani Chinese supplied systems in the battlefield.

AIr to air missiles is a field China definitely has a lead over the US currently. When the US finally fields a next gen AAM to replace their aging AMRAAM's, China will move onto something else. It'll be too late.

China's R&D resources and talents dwafs the US.

Highly disagree with the last part. The rest I’m with you that the west constantly belittles China for them to prove them wrong and I told you China is excelling well past that.

I just don’t think militarily they are close to the US.

I am talking about capabilities n we not appreciating them. What Musharraf did was nothing short of undermining entire Pakistan security plan. Lucky Taliban came in if Northern Alliance had been in power n they defeated Taliban after America left than you would need another 700k at this moment on Afghanistan border.

They all did sh*t to each other and made decisions that harmed Pakistan n Muslims but they were in their core patriots n cared for Pakistan n the awaam. The paindus we have now have more vested interest with Modi and outside of Pakistan than in Pakistan.
