Air launched cruise missiles with range exceeding 500km & proper kamikaze drones, not the Turkish stick drone.

Turkish stick drones are meant for armour, which by nature is close to front. We dont have an equivalent of penetrating loitering munition, that gap needs to be filled if we want to continue to fight the tit-for-tush war.

If however we want to fight a real war we need, point defence with low cost per shot, more Jf-17s, and J-10s for sustained ops, deeper magazine depth for our latest munitions across the board (HQ-9s, Fatahs, CM-400). Pl-15 is the one munition we might have enough of already.

Finally, the troops on the front need to be re-kitted, but that will be whole new topic.

Indian fired brahmos on our military based and we couldn't intercept them. Nor did we fire any cruise missiles into their territory. I think we don't really have a high trust in our cruise missiles idk.

Agreed, this is what I also slightly felt. We did not use our high end missiles a lot. I don't know. Yes Fatah did a hell of a damage to their forward bases but we could have gone deeper. Maybe we were just keeping the more high end stuff for later, if things escalated.

• Rafales were pretty much target practice for Pakistan and disappeared after the 7th
• Indian Navy never came close to Pakistan
• From all accounts, 30 + Brahmos Missiles were fired on the 9th, but only 4 of them hit their targets.
• S400 pretty much failed against Fatah Missiles

I think when it comes to war, nothing is as heroic as every country shows in their military videos to their public. But yes, Pakistan does need to develop hypersonic weapons as fast as we can.

Also, we were severely lacking in public training and information. Air Raid sirens need to be more widespread to rural and outer areas, our Mosques alone can be used for the Ramadan type sirens too. People need to be trained and given information on how to react to emergency situations too. There was almost no training and most people were relying on whatsapp shares on how to deal with warlike scenarios.
