There are atleast 3 types of manned planes downed of India
.
1. Rafale (From engine video showing Rafale engine M-88 debris)
2. Mirage-2000 (From Mirage engine and nose cone video)
3. Russian one (From the Russian seat)

How many of each type? I do not know.
Expect minimum 3 manned planes down.

There could be more that we are not aware of.

I doubt but Pakistan seriously needs to go for more EW platforms CIWS, short range air defense systems, systems like Korkut and plus again proven we need long range cruise missiles for strikes deep inside enemy territory. Very long range Subsonic, Supersonic, and Hypersonic cruise missiles are future of warfare.
