As you know from a prior post, I retired from DHL. One trip to Bonn we were there for 2 weeks. Middle weekend my one coworker from Singapore wanted to go to Koln. So off we go on the ICE. Exit from the train station is right next to the Cathedral! I grab some photos and text home to Mrs. AZ. And the text conversation went something like this:

Her: "Don't the Germans know any other color than black?"
Me: "If you stood outside for 1200 years and had the city burn down around you a couple of times, wouldn't you be a little black too?"
Her: "Good point."

I like Germany too and plan a trip back over, rent a car, and get out into the countryside.
