To get help, one needs to help themselves first. And asking is not shameful, too. Iran has been very stubborn, stalling basics of integration. They also seem like to downplay the need of external assistance and we find some of their approaches iffy, lacking resolve.


If Iranian establishment shows it's grit to commit, I'm certain both Russia and China will help. But no one wants another Assad.

And that's the problem, Iran has seemingly defined itself as a revolution ongoing, so would you be helping the state or the Revolution?

Because I don't think anyone wants to help the Revolution and if you did act as if you were helping the Revolution then you would inherit all the enemies of the Revolution

They just retweet whatever is reported on twitter, they are not promoting "regime change", Its against Turkish interests for there to be any "regime change" in Iran. Iran is the so called "Lighening rod" of the region, As long as Iran is there in significant capacity, the evil zionist eye stays away from Turkey and lets it develop its defense infrastructure without harassment. If they get rid of Iran, they will turn their attention towards Turkey and then Pakistan. You know...back in the mid-2000s and later,I thought that if Hizbollah was the best organized Arab army. It was like a special forces unit. And I thought if the Pasdaran trained them,then Iran must be a Hizbollah on steroids.

I was wrong. I knew their Air Force was nothing without new aircraft,but the Iranians here kept insisting about how state-of-the-art their AA systems are(Bavar and some others) and how epic their missiles are which target moving ships from a gazillion miles away and all the supersonic ballistic missiles and thousands of drones.

Iran is being destroyed militarily. Let's face it,Iran was epic when they were using Western equipment back in the Iran-Iraq War. They can make good use of Soviet and Chinese weapons as well,but they've been getting nothing but junk. Was it their fault? I think Russia didn't want to sell them high-class stuff. Why didn't they buy anything Chinese? Someone noted in the early pages of the thread if I remember correctly,that China was suspicious of Iran.
