China stood by Pakistan during the conflict against India (so did Turkey and Azerbaijan) now those countries are allies that Pakistan will defend when the time and need comes

From what I read, hitting their airbases didn't do much lasting damage in TP1 and TP2.

What targets would you suggest would be more effective in degrading their offensive capability?

Well they should be focusing their entire effort on Israeli airbases, radars, air defence systems (especially the Arrow ABM), even the Israeli submarine bases, instead of urban centres like Tel Aviv. I'm guessing though that their airbases are heavily defended with ABM systems, but still nonetheless, if the Iranians are fighting back, they could at least make it as costly to the Israeli military machine as possible.
