Majority of Shia scholars ascribe to "Quietism" which is similar to the doctrine of separation of faith and state. An example is AyatollahSistani in Iran where he has only intervened in politics twice in last 25 years in Iraq, first for the elections post Saddam and then to build a coalitiion to fight ISIS in mid 2010s.

They are asking all of Tehran to evacuate. If you listen to them you give up your sovereignty. They asked all of Gaza to evacuate as well.

This isn't on Iranians but Israeli's that have lost it. October 7 strike by Hamas has really made them panic and lose it. And may lead them to their own destruction.
