If the new Iranian government comes, it will be entangled with insurgency. Do you think shias are just going to stay still and let zoroastrians rule over them? The biggest miscalculation the west is going to make that if they topple current regime, Iranians are going to be freed.
Its going to be 50 50 power struggle. The other half would want to restore previous government and the new government will struggle alot. We do not know how and in what way its going to effect pakistan. Maybe the shias may become the good tban for Pakistan and who knows. Maybe Iran may get split in two parts?

Let's be clear

Iran may disintegrate without a peaceful exchange of power,

So when a group agrees that it will relinquish power to another group, in the acceptance that in the future of the people can change their mind and they could be back, it's fine

When it's violent their will be conflict and backlash
The baloch may push for independence
The kurds may push for independence
So many sunni Arabs
And their will be a divide between religious iranians, shah supporters, murtads,


But the iranian state has not collapsed, let's be clear

The iranian military and state and intact, they haven't even taken much damage
So any idea of collapse is stupid

And they have the IRGC and Basij as the strongest groups within Iran to take on any enemies


THIS is NOT the time for a change in power, iranians need to pull together to defend their country whatever the differences

They need to strike Israel to establish deterrence and punish Israel and then plan for the future

Iran's performance is dissappointing to see. I have been following their defence industry for close to 2 decades(as many of you probably did as well) and to see it all crumble within a matter of days is extremely concerning to see. Goes to show that if you focus on Assymetric/Proxy warfare, don't neglect your capacity for conventional warfare as its still the deciding factor in any given war.

Hindsight is 20-20 but I feel like most of us were always telling that their lack of proper air force would have come bite them back eventually, probably should have swallowed their pride and flatout purchased either Chinese, Pakistani or Russian jets. Iran probably is not going to collapse anytime soon but a diminished Iran would probably allow those Zionists to complete their genocide on Palestinians.

We are not fighting a war to satisfy anyone ...
