Israeli news media is mad that Asim Munir may have reportedly advised Trump to avoid attacking Iran directly and discussed the longterm regional instability this would cause.

Literally a day later the White House announced they will delay any decision to attack Iran by 2 weeks.

This is a good statement by Asim chachu. But I hope Pakistan doesn’t make the same mistake it has made too many times to offer anything to America. Pakistan must stay neutral and let America fight its wars of agression for America’s goals by America herself.

Last time, I remember Shah Mehmood Qureshi was giving a press statement talking about Kerry Lugar Bill and how America is giving 1 billion USD as if it’s 100 billion USD… the way he mentioned that amount was funny as he would pause in the middle like he is counting the zeroes in it. Pakistan’s weakness has always been the money, throw money and buy politicians or whatever organisation you want. So we must stay away for Pakistans future and security.

I wouldn't read too much into the absence of protests against the regime narrative - who will be out protesting while bombs and drones are everywhere??

That said, the Iranian diaspora - the "activist" ones - are something else. Truly, they cut off their nose to spite their face. They claim to represent Cyrus and other legendary figures from milennia past, but I am certain those great kings would crush these "dissidents" for the poison they constantly spout.

Iranian pro Shah diaspora are comedically embarrassing.

I have no skin in the game and don’t care for the Islamic regime but the diaspora is the most sheltered group of people who basically spend their whole life seeking acceptance from west.

It goes down all the way to their appearance. They’re blessed with beautiful prominent Iranian features such as Roman nose and dark hair but they’ll get nose jobs and dye their hair blonde just to seem western.

Then they spend the rest of their existence talking about how amazing Iran used to be because a few women wore skirts at some party.

Iran launched at least one ballistic missile at Israel on Thursday morning armed with multiple warheads, the Israeli military said.

At least one of the submunitions was found in central Israel, according to the Israel Defense Forces (IDF). The IDF warned in a message from its Home Front Command that there may be several dozen such submunitions spread across a wide area that could explode if touched.

Tal Inbar, an independent researcher in space policy and strategic planning, said in a post on social media that it was the first time such a warhead had landed in Israel.

The IDF’s acknowledgement that Iran fired a missile with multiple warheads comes as Israel suffered damage in several locations across the country from one of the most significant barrages in days. On Thursday, IDF spokesperson Brig. Gen. Effie Defrin said Iran had launched more than 450 ballistic missiles and 1,000 drones at Israel. Most of the drones had been launched from Iran, Defrin said, but some had come from proxies in the region.

Defrin said Israel had destroyed approximately two-thirds of Iran’s missile launchers. But he warned they still have more than 100 launchers left by the IDF’s estimates and are still capable of striking Israel. Defrin said the IDF is also attacking Iran’s ballistic missile production facilities.

“This is not a simple operation, but it is critical for us,” Defrin said at a news briefing.
