Basically, the US doesn't have a single weapon capable of going through the mountain fortress in one shot, and if they want to do it, they'd have to basically "drill" into the mountain by expending dozens of their bunker busters, which they have very few of already.

They'd have to expenditure anywhere between a quarter to a third of their inventory to maybe do very little actual damage.

The conclusion is that it's an unlikely and a very stupid plan, and will probably fail to achieve its actual goal.

The only way to ensure it is if the US and Israel invade and go into the facilities themselves, and that's an unlikely as a nuclear weapon being used, and also likely to fail.
