I don’t know what you’re smoking, but Israel has actually signed peace accords with neighboring Egypt (1979) and Jordan (1994), both of which are honored to this date.

So then why is the fake photo being posted with Munir and Dar sitting with other people? I've posed a copy of the real one. Why do they need to doctor photos if the meeting was real?

Oslo Accords was a way forward (peace process) to end hostilities between Israelis and Palestinians. It wasn’t a final agreement which was to be signed sometime later, however, it got effectively bulldozed by Nutunyahoo (he actually bragged about doing it on camera):
