It wasn’t a final agreement which was to be signed sometime later, however, it got effectively bulldozed by Nutunyahoo (he actually bragged about doing it on camera):

IRI should completely focused on Israel, if they have any missiles, they should target air base on Cyprus.

Trump might be stupid but one thing he will be worried about a lengthy war where he starts to look stupid. His only success so far is the Pak/Ind ceasefire.

It didn’t end there. Nutunyahoo lost power in 1999 and the next Israeli PM (Ehud Barak) actually tried to revive the peace process during Camp David Summit (2000). Unfortunately, those talks failed because a final agreement couldn’t be reached, which triggered second intifada:
