In the book Conspirators' Hierarchy by Dr. Coleman, which was written in the early nineties, he talks about
De-Industrialization and Depopulation
The theory specifically argues that nuclear power was targeted for destruction because abundant energy allows nations to remain economically independent and technologically advanced.
