Stop India right here right now. Or die later not knowing what is really happening.

Afghanistan is also building canal. Well, we don't mind. But got to do what we got to do.

Just when you had chance to take kashmir for our water security and very existence with a air cover of 300km, army used restraint as a tool to show the incompetence…… we will not forget or forgive..

Since generations boots have been fooling you people, will you never learn and wake up ?.

The truth - Never won a war, Never lost an election.

Hey Pak Army and establishment, will you please try to take Kashmir and Ladakh back so that we can stop India from making more dams on Pakistani waters? If China doesn't help then I think we should help those who will help us in this regards. India is becoming greener and greener, and Pakistan is drying up fast. If you will not act now, you might never be able to act.

It's not Indian dams on the Indus that are the main issue. While India does have dams on three of the Indus's tributaries, the real problem lies in Pakistan’s domestic water policy and infrastructure. A majority of Pakistan's agriculture still relies on inefficient flood irrigation. There are also excessive barrages on the Indus, which have increased the risk of flooding. Most of the country's canals remain unlined, with dirt channels wasting up to 35% of water through seepage.

Additionally, Pakistan doesn't impose higher water usage costs on water-intensive crops like sugarcane. Why is nothing being done? Because the military and corrupt politicians, who often control or have vested interests in large cash crop farms, benefit from the current system.

Hm. So south Pakistan is where excess rainfall is , and that's where more small-mid dam construction is needed.
That is the problem my friend, Pakistan is still run by extremely wealthy families, who have no interests in helping the people, they live in walled cities where the concern of water will never face them, the common man can only pray to god for rain, and when it does rain there are ZERO facilities to capture that rain or make use of it. 99% of Pakistans water problems can be fixed within 5-6 years, but nobody in power cares.

India is building canals now. There will not effectively no dams on these rivers but also no water flowing in the rivers as well.

On the eastern tributaries? Yes India can build whatever they want, you can thank Ayub for that. Except for that on the western rivers, India can build run-of-river dams, which don't stop any water, and only have small reservoirs, but as I said largely the problem is Pakistan's incompetent system of management.
