I think more practical approach will be to hit Israel as hard as they can and leave Americans out for now. American attack is symbolic at most and two facilities were inoperable and hit before any ways....To me it seems Americans were after media news mare than strategic move....

It's not a well researched fatwa. If nuclear weapons are haram due to the destruction they cause then should be ballistic missiles which can kill innocents. In Islam killing one person is evil, same as killing 1000s. It will be interesting to see what US will want in exchange of "PEACE"?

- What about the 60% enriched fuel? Will they ask Iran to surrender it? Will Iran Surrender it? Who will be the custodian? IAEA(logical choice), perhaps a nation friendly to the Americans and ME and Iranians (India?)
