China's core interest Taiwan is now also linked to the US core interest because the US technological ecosystem cannot afford to lose TSMC.

Some of our MAGA friends always proclaim that the US has managed to move the entire supply chain of the TSMC to the US, but I don't buy it.

Anyone with a brain could see US strikes coming with them evacuating their embassies etc. if the Iranians were aware of this , which I believe they were, they would have already taken measures to mitigate this. I think now it is pretty clear that Trump is a liar which we all knew and hopefully other countries in the region take this into account.
