When was the last time China actually fought a real war? The Sino-Vietnamese War in February 1979 and a lot has changed since then. While China has built a massive arsenal and studied countless war scenarios, real war isn’t theory or kung fu, it demands courage, sacrifice, and a lion’s heart.

Modern warfare tests more than just weapons; it tests willpower and resilience under fire. Frankly, I don’t see China engaging in a full scale conflict anytime soon. If their weapons are ever tested on the battlefield, it may very well be through Pakistan, where real conflicts and real stakes still exist.
Chinese are too scared to use their own weapons on their enemy.

Obviously, you are still stuck in the World War II thinking that war is about digging trenches and coordinating steps and tanks? Modern combat aircraft use over-the-horizon, and you always use all high-tech long-range strikes where the enemy can't see them. You need to change the logic of true modern warfare.Drones, long-range missiles, satellites, everything needs to be harnessed. Not by soldiers charging.

Going for an off ramp would essentially seem like surrender even if it's the best thing to do it would destroy all the influence they built up in the middle east through their proxy's

They could go full scorched earth and block the straight of Hormuz and attack US bases but that might lead to a extensive bombing campaign of Iran.

Moreover, the air defense system is expensive, with daily costs reaching hundreds of millions of dollars. Israel has no strategic depth and limited war potential. As long as Pakistan doesnt interfere on Middle East Conflict militarily, I would say it will be hard for Israeli extremist to gain support to attact Pak nuclear facility.
