Regime change is irrelevant. 25 years and the rial has collapsed. Gone from 1 USD to 1000 toman to 100,000 since 2010.

Iran is now more and more resembling Iraq post Persian Gulf War 1. US/EU can just keep the sanctions on forever and choke Iranian population. Israel can continue to attack iran and U.S. join in every once in a while.

Regime change will either happen via the various factions that make up the Republic. Or Israel might take out Khamenai to create chaos. Whoever his successor is won’t have the same strength or sway that Khamenai or Khomeini had.

And defending Iran is in our interests, a lot can be done both now and in the aftermath

Although North Korea has shown better relations with Russia, and even upgraded its military forces, including cruisers and submarines, with the help of Russia, even if the United States is dissatisfied, it has to consider the fact that both China and Russia have signed alliance agreements with North Korea. According to the agreement, if there is an invasion of North Korean territory, we must send troops to support North Korea.

The attack on Fordow has been a massive failure. Israelis are in a state of shock. Russia's Medvedev just said on twitter that North Korea and Pakistan want to give Iran multiple nuclear warheads.
