It should be :

3 - Learn to keep their mouths shut.

Point 5: Destroy all Israel Nuclear Facilities and other Key strategic Locations (As much as Possible and as soon as possible). As this conflict appears to be nearing its end, and with global pressure mounting to conclude it, it's crucial to maximize gains in the remaining time. Inflict maximum damage immediately.

Point 6: Prioritize regime preservation for reconstruction. Prolonging the conflict could cause more harm than benefit; saving the current regime is essential for rebuilding efforts. Save the regime.

Point 7: Conduct a thorough search for traitors. Do a through search for each and every individual again and Implement strict monitoring to identify moles and traitors, and execute them in the most brutal way possible.
