Iran needs to be patient.

It needs to be answerable to every person who has worked to get Iran to this point by giving their lives; through hard work, or literally by dying for their country.

Build the damn bomb or just give your country a breather. Can't live on the edge of non-decision. Its a binary decision. 1 or 0. Either you have the bomb or you don't. If you won't build it why all the hoopla, sanctions and hardship only to get pummeled at the end of a long 40-50 years.
