Pakistan, Turkiye or any other Muslim country is not going to unilaterally impose any sort of defensive measures on the sovereignty of Iran unless Iran makes such a request.

Once a request is received, Pakistan, Turkiye or another country will have to decide whether that's even feasible to do something like that.

Both Pakistan and Turkiye don't have the ability or the resources to impose a no-fly zone over Iran (1.6 million sq km area).

We can never know, they did get their hands on that huge Israeli documents cache before the war. Who knows what they are hiding in which obscure locations. This one could a well be a downed projectile or a failed target, but it can as well be some actual target. Those Hyper Glide Vehicles are extremely accurately targeted, by design.
