This isn't new. Light weapons have always been smuggled across Iran. It's a major transit hub for weapons smuggled and has been for decades because of the mountainous nature of the country makes it nearly impossible for even Iranian authorities to keep track effectively.

They do want a ceasefire right now, because they are running short of interceptors and are feeling the pain. Thats why they have escalated against Iranian cities now, to force Iran to agree to the ceasefire.

Exactly they are trying to cause iran pain in the hope that Iran also accepts a ceasefire

They don't have the interceptors any more with no hope of replenishment

So anything Iran wants to hit now will be hit and Israel being a small country can't take the pain


If ONLY Iran has planned a bit better with A.D and airforce it could save itself the pain and just beat on Israel for months and months just degrading it


As it is, if Iran wants to keep hurting Israeli (and it should and needs to, to establish deterrence)then it may have to accept that it too will be hurt by Israeli bombing raids

So the best thing iran can do is whilst this conflict continues, it needs to hit HIGH VALUE Israeli targets
Everyone keeps saying this, hit them hard, hit things that matter, hit things that keep Israel afloat

Do it, to establish a cost for Israel

If you don't do it then just add another mistake Iran has made


Iran will survive this and then it needs to plan plan plan with better allies, getting rid of shits like India whose people support Israel in attacking you

Symbolically this makes Iran looks weak. No response is better than a weak response.
